The activities and recommendations of the Committee shall be consistent with the <br /> goals, objectives, policies and action plan of the Town's adopted Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Membership; Terms: The Board of Selectmen shall appoint the Affordable Housing Committee, <br /> consisting of nine (9) members. Members shall be reappointed annually. The members of the <br /> Affordable Housing Committee shall serve without pay. <br /> Organization; Meetings: The Committee shall elect annually a Chairman, Vice Chairman and <br /> Clerk.
