Motion: I move the Town vote to grant an easement in, over, under and upon the land shown on Assessors' Map 44, Parcel 46, as more particularly described in the warrant, to the Mashpee Water District for water supply, distribution, and well head protection purposes and all purposes reasonably related thereto; and to authorize the Board of Selectmen and the Conservation Commission to execute and deliver to the Mashpee Water District all plans and instruments necessary to effectuate the granting of such an easement and the purpose of this vote. i Motion passes unanimously at 9:30 p.m. Article 21 To see if the Town will vote to grant an easement to Willowbend Country Club, Inc. to install, maintain, repair, and replace a sewer line within the right-of-way of Quinnaquissett Avenue and the way known as Quippish Avenue, between the land of the Cotuit Bay Condominium and the sewage treatment plant owned by Willowbend Community Trust, or take any other action relating thereto. Motion passes unanimously at 9:31 p.m. Article 22 To see if the Town will vote to accept the layout of "Commercial Street" as a public way as shown on a plan entitled "Right of Way Layout Plan, Commercial Street, Mashpee, MA" by Baxter, Nye & Holmgren, Inc., dated April 7, 2003, which layout has been filed in the Office of the Town Clerk not later than seven days prior to the date of the vote hereunder and to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by gift, purchase or eminent domain taking any land necessary for the purposes of such way as laid out, or take any other action relating thereto. 23
