OR <br /> 16 <br /> 21 <br /> Submitted by Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: This article would increase allowed building height in the C-1 Commercial <br /> zoning district (the commercial zone around the Mashpee Rotary) from 2 stories and 35 feet, to 3 <br /> stories and 45 feet in order to allow more efficient and compact development of projects in the <br /> Town's "downtown" commercial area.
