Submitted by Petition Explanation: This parcel of land is currently abutted by conservation land, a homeowners association, and a well-site owned by the South Cape Resort Condominium Association. To build homes that would abut the well-site may have an adverse impact on the quality and/or supply of water for South Cape Resort. j f Motion made by Kenneth Patrick.
