MARSTERS, HAROLD P. COLLINS, <br /> JOSEPH DELANEY, RICHARDSON JONAS and WILLIAM LEHMANN, <br /> all of the town of Mashpee in the County of Barnstable, <br /> as they are members of and constitute the <br /> PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MASUPEE <br /> APPEAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW <br /> Now comas the Petitioner in the above-entitled <br /> matter, and, being aggrieved by a decision of the <br /> Planning Board of the Town of. Barnstable under the pro- <br /> visions of the Subdivision Control Law and invoking the <br /> provisions of Chapter 41, Section 91-BB, says as <br /> follows; <br /> 1. On March 21, 1973, the Petitioner submitted to <br /> Respondent Planning Board for approval a definitive <br /> plan of land situated in the Town of Mashpee known as <br /> 'Section CO of a subdivision entitled 'Santuit Woods. " <br /> The plan is dated March,._ 1973. <br /> 2. On April 4, 1973, "the Planning Board held a <br /> public hearing concerning said plan. <br /> 3. The Petitioner is informed, believes and, <br /> therefore, avers that the Respondents, all residents of <br /> the Town of Mashpae, a municipal corporation in the <br /> County of Barnstable, are the members of and constitute <br />
