Barnstable under the pro- <br /> visions of the Subdivision Control Law and invoking the <br /> provisions of Chapter 41, Section 91-BB, says as <br /> follows; <br /> 1. On March 21, 1973, the Petitioner submitted to <br /> Respondent Planning Board for approval a definitive <br /> plan of land situated in the Town of Mashpee known as <br /> 'Section CO of a subdivision entitled 'Santuit Woods. " <br /> The plan is dated March,._ 1973. <br /> 2. On April 4, 1973, "the Planning Board held a <br /> public hearing concerning said plan. <br /> 3.
