the Planning Board of the Town of Mashpee and are <br /> named as follows: (a) Earlo M. Marsters, (b) Harold P. <br /> Collins, (c) Joseph Delaney, (d) Richardson Jonas, and <br /> (e) William Lehmann. <br /> 4. By letter dated May 2, 1973, from the Respondent <br /> Planning Board, the Petitioner was notified of its <br /> disapproval of Petitioner's plan and a copy of the <br /> letter is appended hereto marked "A." <br /> S. on May 9, 1973, the Clerk of the Town of Mashpee <br /> received notice of said disapproval by the Planning <br /> Board. <br /> 6. On May 2, 1973, the person designated as Town <br /> Engineer addressed and sent a letter to the Planning <br /> Board relating to said plan and a copy of said letter <br /> is appended hereto marked "B." <br /> 7. On April 4, 1973, the Town Clerk received <br /> notice from the Petitioner that the subject plan had <br /> been submitted to the Planning Board on March 21, 1973, <br /> and a copy thereof, bearing acknowledgement of receipt <br /> thereof, is appended hereto marked "C." <br /> B. on May 16, 1973, a letter, addressed to the <br /> Respondent Board on behalf of the Petitioner, was <br /> delivered to the Board. A copy thereof is appended <br /> hereto marked "D" and contents thereof are hereby <br /> I <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> -2- <br />
