W:-itten notice was not given to 'the To`•m Clerk by the applicant. <br /> 2. D::finitive Plan was not prepared and signed by a registered en- <br /> gineer. <br /> 3. Location of concrete bounds to be set not shown on the plan. <br /> 4. Plan does not show certification that it is in accordance with <br /> Mashpee subdivision regulations and with land court standards of <br /> accuracy. <br /> 5. Profile plans are lacking in the following items: <br /> a. berms shown wherever 3% grade exist:; were not shown on plan. <br /> b. needed to show right, left and centerline of roads. <br /> c. needed 49 x 61 leaching basins on catch basins. <br /> d. typical cross section of road construction and connector <br /> pipes. <br /> e. several grades must be lowered to 6%; grades on primary <br /> roads not to exceed 6%; on secondary rods, 10%. <br /> f. several of the cul-6-e-sacs exceed. 6%. <br /> • does need catch basins with high-level overflow. <br /> 6. Written acceptance by the Town Engineer of the profile plan was <br /> not submitted. <br /> 7.
