Boyle, <br /> Randolph Peters <br /> FACTS : Petitioner has applied for a special permit to operate <br /> a wholesale liquor storage w�$arehouse on Lot #5 , Echo <br /> Road, off Route 130, Mashpee. The locus is in an <br /> Industrially zoned district (an I district) . Under the <br /> By-Laws of the Town of Mashpee, a special permit is <br /> required to construct and operate a wholesale storage <br /> warehouse in an Industrially zoned district. <br /> DECISION: The Board of Appeals has unanimously voted to grant <br /> the petitioner a special permit to construct and operate <br /> a wholesale liquor storage warehouse. The decision <br /> to grant this special permit is based upon the <br /> unanimous opinion of the Board members that it would <br /> be in harmony with the general purpose and intent <br /> of the Zoning By-Laws (Section 6. 3 of the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-Laws) and in the best interests of <br /> the Town of Mashpee. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> l <br /> Clara L.
