TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> October 23 , 1974 <br /> SUBJECT: BOARD OF APPEALS hearing on application of Whitehall <br /> Co. , Ltd. , for a special permit to operate a whole- <br /> sale liquor Storage Warehouse. <br /> DATE OF HEARING: October 23, 1974 - 8:00 p.m. <br /> BOARD MEMBERS: Clara L. Keliinui, Chmn. , John M. Boyle, <br /> Randolph G. Peters <br /> FACTS: Petitioner has applied for a special permit to operate <br /> a wholesale liquor storage warehouse on Lot #5, Echo <br /> Road, off Route 130, Mashpee. The locus is in an <br /> Industrially zoned district (an I district) . Under the <br /> By-Laws of the Town of Mashpee, a special permit is <br /> required to construct and operate a wholesale storage <br /> warehouse in an Industrially zoned district. <br /> DECISION: The Board of Appeals has unanimously voted to grant <br /> the petitioner a special permit to construct and <br /> operate a wholesale liquor storage warehouse. The <br /> decision to grant this special permit is based upon <br /> the unanimous opinion of the Board members that it would <br /> be in harmony with the general purpose and intent of <br /> the Zoning By-Laws (Section 6.3 of the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-Laws) and in the best interests of <br /> the Town of Mashpee. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS /V C� <br /> cl.� <br /> Clara L.
