Taylor, 12 Hill St., Winchester, MA <br /> FACTS: Petitioner requesting to vary lot frontage of Lot 15—B on a way <br /> off Riverside Rd., Seconsett Island. Frontage requirement under <br /> Section 7.4 of Zoning By—Law is 100 feet. The lot in question has <br /> a frontage of 61.3 feet. The lot size totals approximately 20,862 <br /> square feet. Required lot size is 12,500 square ft. <br /> DECISION: In consideration of fact that the petitioner's lot frontage is <br /> comparable to those in the surrounding area and that the lot contains <br /> substantially more area than required, it is the decision of this <br /> Board to grant a variance to petioner.
