TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 30 May 1973 <br /> Decision of the Board of Appeals on the appeal and petition of <br /> JOHN UMINA. <br /> AMENDMENT <br /> The following amendment shall be added to the decision of June 14, 1972 <br /> concerning the construction of 121 condominium units on 24.24 acres of <br /> land south of Route 28 on the corner of Quinaquisset road. <br /> The Developer, Mashpee Planning Board and the Appeals Board have agreed <br /> to amend the decision adding Section four to read: <br /> "T he road running to itis closest point to Rt 28 shall <br /> be no less than 68 feet from Route 28, and any building <br /> shall be at least 110 feet from the lot line." <br /> Section 5 shall read: <br /> "At it's closet point to Route 28 the road shall be <br /> shielded from Rt 28 by a 32 foot high earth mound.
