August 22, 1973 <br /> Time: 8 PM <br /> Place: Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Appeals Board: Lawrence, O 'Connell, Keliinui <br /> FACTS <br /> The petitioner requested a variance to construct a garage on his property at <br /> 210 Halyard Lane, New Seabury. At the time of the construction of the dwelling <br /> allowance was made for the addition of the garage at a later time. In July of <br /> 1971 the zoning in the Town of ,•:ashpee was changed. Side line requirements in- <br /> creased from 10 feet to 15 feet. "he original Fans for Mr. Wails home set the <br /> garage 10 feet from the side line. The petitioner requests that he be granted a <br /> variance to construct the garage 10 feet from the lot lne. <br /> DtCIJIJN <br /> The Board of Appeals herein grants to the petitioner a variance to construct <br /> a garage no closer than 10 feet to the side line.
