1. That the Court order the entry of judgment that the <br /> decision of the board of appeals was in excess of its authority and <br /> is annulled. <br /> 2. That pending a hearing on the merits, the Court enter <br /> a preliminary injunction to the effect that so long as the portion <br /> of the premises zoned Industrial is used for the manufacturing of <br /> concrete, access to such activity cannot be had over that portion <br /> of the premises as is zoned Commercial C-2. <br /> 3. That the Court, after hearing, order the entry of <br /> judgment enjoining the use of that portion of the premises located <br /> in a Commercial C-2 zoning district for access to a concrete manu- <br /> facturing activity being carried on •in. that portion of the premises <br /> located in an Industrial zoning dis't'.ridt. ; <br /> 4.
