White <br /> An appeal was duly filed by Harry Shuman , et ux ; Doro- <br /> 4. <br /> thy G. Kagan and Philip R. White , et ux ; to the issuance by <br /> the Inspector of Buildings of a permit or permits to W. L <br /> Byrne Company in accordance with the provisions of Massa- <br /> ! < <br /> chusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 15 , on property <br /> located on the southwesterly side of Route 130, being Lot 4 <br /> on Assessors Map 19, Mashpee , MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws , Chapter 40A as amended by . <br /> I` <br /> Chapter 808 of the Acts of 1975. Notice was given by <br /> / publication by publishing in the Falmouth Enterprise', a <br /> a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on July 14 , 1978 and July 18, 1978 , a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the appeal at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, August 2 , 1978 at 8 : 00 p.m. <br /> and on Wednesday , August 16 , 1978 at 8 :00 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout : Michael Makunas , Chairman <br /> Pro Tem; Peter L. Langler , Alternate ; and Raymond C. <br /> Sweeney , Alternate. <br />
