F <br /> all <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARDOF.APPEALSTOWNHALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> Re: Petition of Marvin Blank & Harold Perkins for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-83-5-016 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Blank & Mr. Perkins of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts requesting a Special Permit under Section 6.3 of <br /> the Land Use Regulations for permission to construct 111 Condo- <br /> minium units on property located on Route 28 and Noisy Hole <br /> Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was also given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on May 3, 1983 and May 10, <br /> 1983 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition by the Board of <br /> Appeals, at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, May 18, 1983 at <br /> 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas,;, <br /> Virginia T. Landry, Manuel E. Costa Jr. <br /> A presentation was made to the Board indicating the ' <br /> intention to construct a condominium development on the property. <br /> The Board found that the use of the premises would not be <br /> detrimental to the Town or area by reason of excessive traffic <br /> noise or demand on community. facilities. The Board also <br /> established that granting the Permit would be in the best interest <br /> of the community, and would be in harmony with the general <br /> purpose and intent of the By-law. <br />
