Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unan- <br /> imously to grant the request for a Special Permit, and to impose <br /> the following conditions and recommendations : <br /> 1 . This Special Permit authorizes the construction of a condo- <br /> minium complex only; and not a multi-family rental devel- <br /> opment. <br /> 2. The following conditions must be satisfied prior to the <br /> F commencement of any development or construction activity <br /> whatsoever; and prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> A Certificate of Compliance must be obtained from the <br /> Board of Appeals and recorded with the Town Clerk upon <br /> t' completion of the following conditions: <br /> a. The developer will satisfy the Police Chief of Mashpee <br /> as to all public safety issues, and obtain a letter to <br /> that effect. <br /> b. The Petitioner will satisfy the Fire Chief of Mashpee <br /> as to fire safety, fire alarms, and fire suppression, <br /> and obtain a letter to that effect. <br /> c. Sidewalks shall be provided along one side of all <br /> roadways. <br /> d. The plan will have no more than two (2) bedrooms <br /> per unit. <br /> e . All closets shall be less than sixty (60) square feet. <br /> Jt <br /> 3 . The following conditions shall be permanent conditions of this <br /> Special Permit. <br /> i' a. No more than fifty units will be constructed in a one <br /> year period, with the balance of the units to be <br /> 4 phased out over the second year. <br /> b. The developer must maintain the roads sidewalks, <br /> utilities and provide snow removal until the <br /> condominium unit owners association takes over <br /> control of the property, or until the units are <br /> one hundred ( 100) percent occupied, whichever comes <br /> last, at which time the condominium unit owners <br /> association is to maintain roads, sidewalks, <br /> utilities, and provide snow removal. <br /> c. Parking shall only be permitted on designated <br /> parking spaces. <br />
