Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on October 24, 1984 and <br /> October 31 , 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, November 7, 1984, at 7: 30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas <br /> and William Hanrahan. <br /> Ms. Wharton explained that in her other stores she re- <br /> quires proof of age by drivers licence and that anyone wish- <br /> ing to rent X-rated adult movies must sign a form certify- <br /> ing that they are at least 21 years of age. <br />
