The Board felt they could grant the Special Permit under <br /> certain conditions which are as followss <br /> 1. ) This Special Permit is not transferable and will <br /> be under the name Margo Wharton d/b/a TeleRental <br /> Video. <br /> 2. ) This Special Permit must be renewed -each- year and <br /> allowed to be. advertised. I . <br /> 3. ) No X-rated adult material will be rented to anyone <br /> under 18 years of age. Anyone wishing to rent X-rated <br /> adult material must show proof of age with a drivers <br /> license. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously <br /> to grant the Special Permit to rent movies of all ratings produced <br /> by major movie distributors under the above conditions. <br /> The Board also established that granting the Special Permit <br /> would not be detrimental to the Town, and would be in harmony <br /> with the general purpose and intent of the ordanance or By-law. <br /> BY: <br /> :.
