Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously <br /> to grant the Special Permit with the following conditions : <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 1 . Prior to the inclusion of any stable or equestrian related <br /> function the approval of the Board,'�.of Appeals will be required, <br /> 2. All ancient ways must be kept open. <br /> 3. Prior to the issuance of any building permits a road bond will <br /> be required as stipulated in the By-Law. <br /> 4. All interior roads must meet standards and specifications and <br /> approval of the Director of Public Works. <br /> 5. The approval granted hereunder shall become void if the applicant <br /> has not applied for a building permit with respect to the land <br /> shown on the plan approved by the Board of Appeals on June 26, <br /> 1985, within three (3) years from the date ofapproval of the <br /> Special Permit. <br /> 6, No building permit or Board of Health permits shall issue until <br /> the applicant has submitted a filing to the Planning Board for <br /> approval of the Final Site Development Plan which it intends to <br /> develop. The submission to the Planning Board shall comply with' <br /> the requirements annexed to this decision and labeled "Require- <br /> ments for Final Site Development Plan". In addition to filing <br /> with the Planning Board, the applicant shall file with the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals a copy of the application and all supporting <br /> Plans and drawings and the Zoning Board of Appeals will be con- <br /> s.ulted by the applicant and the approval of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals will be necessary for the Planning Board to approve the <br /> submitted Final Site Development Plan. <br /> 7. There is to be no construction on the land 20 feet on either side r; <br /> of the centerline of the old road shown on the plan as the same <br /> is to be reserved for future layout of the roadway to a width of <br /> 40 feet. Any construction shall be set back not less than 20 feet <br /> from the centerline of the old road. <br />
