Nailor d/b/a Comfort Man for a Special <br /> Permit Case #SP-85-06-029 <br /> A petition was filed by David A. Nailor d/b/a Comfort Man of <br /> Cotuit, Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate <br /> a H. V.A.C. Trade Shop (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) on <br /> property located on Route 28, Madaket Place, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massach- <br /> usetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee on May 29, 1985 and June 5, 1985 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, June 12, 1985, at 700 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane representediMr. Nailor in this matter. <br /> Mr. Nailor has two units 20 and 21 in building D. He is a contractor <br /> who is engages in the fabrication and installation of heating vent- <br /> illation and air conditioning systems. Twenty five percent of his <br /> day would be spent on the premises with the remainder of the time <br /> spent in the field installing the systems at various locations. A <br /> secretary would be on the premises at all times, in addition there <br /> are three additional employees on the premises from time to time. <br /> There is no intent to park any of the vehicles on a night to night <br /> basis. <br /> The Board felt that this is what this complex was. for. , <br /> ` a. <br />
