Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously <br /> to grant the variance for a total of square footage for the sign of <br /> 85.63 square feet which would be a variance of 45.63 square feet, <br /> provided that the height of the bottom of the sign be limited to no <br /> more than 30 inches above natural grade and that all existing signage <br /> will be removed from the site.
