} Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously <br /> to grant the variance to allow them to: <br /> A. Vary the parking requirements to allow 20 less than that <br /> " provided by the By-law. <br /> B. Allow a 16 foot parking setback variance. <br /> C.
