MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Alexander Mitrokostas for a Special Permit Case #SP-88-04-028 <br /> (owner on record; Alexander & Ecaterini Mitrokostas) <br /> A Petition was filed by Alexander Mitrokostas of Marston Mills, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to construct and <br /> operate a 12,344 square foot commercial complex in a C-2 Zoning District <br /> on property located on Route 151 and Ninigret Avenue, (map 72, parcels <br /> 57 & 58) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on March 30 & April 6, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, April 13, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at' which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed parking for the project meets town by-law <br /> regulations. Thru information received the Board learned landscaping <br /> will be maintained between the residentially zoned area and the develop- <br /> ment. A landscaping estimate was provided to the Board. The Design <br /> Review Committee submitted recommendations for this project. Counsel <br /> representing the Applicant, informed the Board that a gift in the amount <br />
