Decision cont'd page 2 <br /> of six thousand dollars, (6,000.00) shall be bestowed to the Town of <br /> Mashpee, by the Applicant, for the reconstruction and drainage work on <br /> p Ninigret Avenue. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on May 11 , 1988 to grant the Special Permit as requested with the <br /> stipulation this applicant comply with the following conditions: <br /> 1 . ) A landscaping bond be posted with the Town Treasurer in the <br /> amount of $40,000.00 <br /> 2. ) All colors and textures to be instituted in conjunction with <br /> the project, shall be subject to review and approval by the <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee. <br /> 3. ) The Applicant shall make a gift to the Town of Mashpee in the <br /> amount of six thousand dollars, ($6,000.00) , which shall be <br /> utilized for the reconstruction and drainage work on Ninigret <br /> Avenue. This gift shall be presented to the Town prior to the <br /> issuance of any building permits.
