i.
BOARD OF APPEALS Ted Houghton - V-88-06-044 Page 2.
Counsel, representing an immediate abutter, opposed the petition
for a Variance.
The Board of Appeals, after carefully considering all of the facts
and evidence submitted at the hearings, made the following findings:
that there were circumstances relating to the shape and topography
which especially affect the land and structure in question, but which do
not affect generally the zoning district in which they are located.
Due to those circumstances a literal enforcement of the provisions of
the By-law would involved substantial hardship. The Board found this
variance request will not derogate from the intent of the By-laws and
would not be ,a detriment to the surrounding neighborhood.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted
unanimously' on August' 17, 1988 to.grant a side line variance of 5'5".
BY: MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS
OfovM 1A
IN FAVOR
Wi am Hanrahan
 FEB 2Ti 1988'
IN FAVOR
Micha 1 Makun s
1
IN FAVOR
Edward Govoni
