The stained glass which you felt was all that was needed as a <br /> sign is too small. The portion designed into the stained glass (ALAN) is only <br /> 9" r, 30" and can not be seen clearly from the road because of its size and the <br /> height of the building. The stained glass concept is very decorative, but does <br /> not serve its purpose as a sign. <br /> It is at this time that I request a second hearing.
