.s <br />MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS <br />Minutes <br />June 21, 1989 <br />The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 1989 <br />at 7:30 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board members present and acting <br />throughout were Cheryl Hawver, William Hanrahan, Richard Halpern and <br />Michael Makunas. Douglas Boyd, Building Inspector, was in attendance. <br />Chairman Hawver called the meeting to order at 7:32. She explained <br />to those attending the meeting that this was a working meeting with no <br />public hearings. She stated that the cases under discussion by the Board <br />were closed to any further comments. <br />The Board reviewed correspondence and new applications. They discussed <br />the petition of John Harris and'asked that the Town Planner be asked for <br />comments on the petition. They were of the opinion that the Variance <br />request was not within the jurisdiction of the Board. <br />Mr. Hanrahan reviewed the plans of Kenneth Perry and requested that <br />he be notified that certified accurate plans be presented. <br />The Coffman petition was discussed and Douglas Boyd ruled that the <br />request should be heard under Section 5.1 of the By-laws. Mr. Hanrahan <br />• stated that petitioners can be heard under their choice of sections of <br />the By-laws. The Hall petition was reviewed for the sale of propane <br />gas under Section 6.3.E.8. <br />Board members signed decisions. <br />Dale A. and Deborah J. Dougherty - (advisement - meeting of June 14, 1989) <br />Request a Special Permit under Section 5.1 of the Zoning By-laws for <br />permission to change or extend a non -conforming structure in an R-5 <br />zoning district on property located at 192 Ninigret Ave. (Map 65, Block 94) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, William Hanrahan, Richard Halpern <br />Mr. Halpern stated that Board Members had visited the site and reviewed <br />the plans for the proposed addition. <br />Mr. Halpern moved to grant the Special Permit under Section 5.1 for <br />the proposed addition on Lot 94 Ninigret Ave. per documents dated <br />April 14, 1989 and revised May 24, 1989. Mr. Hanrahan seconded the <br />motion. All agreed. <br />
