Children are on top of the roof. <br />He is in favor. <br />Gertrude Simmons (Conservation Commision) stated that one of <br />the stipulations was that this client was to put forth some <br />money towards the clean up of the river, she suggested that if <br />the Board does move favorably on this that it be on condition <br />that this stipulation be met before any move would be made on the <br />property. <br />Mr. Kirrane stated that he had no objections to this. It <br />is about $5,000.00 he is going to use for the river. <br />Ernie Virgilio did submit a memorandum to the Conservation <br />Commision as related to some of the solutions he thought they claimed. <br />Mr. Makunas questioned what the process would be to make sure <br />that this is done. <br />Mr. '.Kirrane suggested that the Board include it as a finding <br />in the variance decision indicating :trquiring that the applicant <br />through its representative of the sum of $5,000.00. <br />The Board of Appeals cannot iEnforcethis. Mr. Makunas stated <br />that they want to make sureit gets done. <br />Mr. Kirrane suggested that the Board could indicate the applicant <br />comply .:with the provisions of this March 18th letter and prior <br />to the issuance of obtaining an occupancy permit, that the <br />provisions of the March 18th letter be adhered to. <br />Mr. Makunas explained that the Conservation Commision sent <br />the Board a memo indicating that there is possibly another matter, <br />there was a deck added to the house that was not part of the original <br />plans. <br />Gertrude Simmons stated that she thinks what happened is that <br />the plans that they have on file do not match the on.site inspection. <br />William Hanrahn made a motion to release the variance requested. <br />Richard Halpern seconded, this is subject to the conditions that <br />will be made part of the decision. All agreed. <br />
