• MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MINUTES <br />August 9, 1989 <br />The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting at the Mashpee <br />Town Hall on Wednesday, August 9, 1989 at 7:30 P.M. Board members <br />present and acting throughout were: Cheryl A. Hawver, Richatd E. <br />Halpern and John J. Friel. Mr. Douglas S. Mr. Anderson <br />explained that on December 10, 1986 the Board of Appeals granted <br />45 variances. In January in 1988 the Board of Appeals extended <br />• the rights possessed by the owner of these lots relative to 20 <br />of them. In other words 25 lots had been subjectto,building <br />permits and had been built upon. <br />
