He is going to send in an application and ask for the extension. The Board of Appeals had taken this under advisement until tonight because they did not have enough shellfish information. -$e has not been able to get the shellfish survey in time for ton.ights meeting. This is why he is requesting postponement. Mr. Makunas moved to deny without prejudice. Edward Govoni seconded. All agreed. Eliot Levy _ (Owner of record; Robert W. (August 23, 1989 meeting) Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan Jeff Gainesborg presented the plans for review. The Board of Appeals requested a new drawing with the lot coverage certified by the Engineer. Mr. Makunas made a motion to grant the request pending a signed drawing from the engineer with lot coverage. W. Hanrahan seconded All agreed.
