U <br />• <br />MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS <br />Minutes <br />Wednesday, September 27, 1989 <br />The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, <br />September 27, 1989 at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board members present <br />and acting throughout were: William Hanrahan, Michael A. Makunas, <br />Cheryl A. Hawver, Richard E. Halpern and Edward Govoni. Douglas <br />S. Boyd, Building Inspector, was in attendance. <br />R. & M. Realty Trust - (Owners of record: Richard S. Dubin <br />and Mashall M. Dranetz) - Request a special Permit under Section <br />6.3.I.9 of the Land Use Regulations for permission to construct <br />a walkway in an R-3 zoning ditrict on property located at 69 <br />S. Waterline Drive (Map 120, Block 142: Map 120 Block 140A) <br />Mashpee,MA. <br />Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, Richard Halpern and Michael <br />Makunas. <br />R. & M. Realty Trust - (Owners of record: Richard S. Dubin <br />and Marshall M. Dranetz) - Request a Variance under Section 7.4 <br />of the Land Space Requirements and Section 6.3.I.9 of the Land <br />Use Regulations to allow a zero setback from the rear property <br />line and to exceed the walkway length of 70 feet in an R-3 zoning <br />district on property located at 69 S. Waterline Drive (Map 120, <br />Block 142; Map 120, Block 140A) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, Richard Halpern and Michael <br />Makunas. <br />Attorney Richard Dubin requested withdrawal without prejudice. <br />Richard Halpern made a motion to accept the withdrawal without <br />prejudice. <br />Michael Makunas seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />Shirley Silver - Requests a Special Permit under Section 6.3.1.9 <br />of the Land Use Regulations for permission to construct a walkway <br />• dock, ramp and float in an R-3 zoning district on property located <br />at 43 S.
