William Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. Margaret B. Sullivan - (Owner of record: John G. and Margaret B. Sullivan) - Requests a Special Permit under Section 5.1 of the Zoning by-laws for permission to rebuild and expand a non- conforming structure in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 11 Maushon Road (Map 123, Block 84) Mashpee, MA. Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, Michael Makunas and William Hanrahan. • Plans were presented by Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan. Board of Appeals stated that they did not need to be here for the approval. Mr. Sullivan requested to withdraw the plan without prejudice William Hanrahan made a motion to accept the withdrawal. Michael Makunas seconded. All agreed. Lorraine McMenamy ) - Requests a Special Permit under Section 5.1 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to rebuild and expand a non- conforming structure in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 129 Shore Drive (Map 117, Block 91) Mashpee, MA. Members sitting: Michael Makunas, Cheryl Hawver and William Hanrahan. Represented by Joseph Harvey.Mr..H. explained that what they are proposing to do with this plan is simply taking the wood frame structure which is on a concrete block, demolish it and rebuild a new house on a concrete foundation, holding the exact same foot • print as the house currently does. The grading on the lot will not be changed .
