Sullivan - (Owner of record: John G. and Margaret <br />B. Sullivan) - Requests a Special Permit under Section 5.1 of the <br />Zoning by-laws for permission to rebuild and expand a non- <br />conforming structure in an R-3 zoning district on property located <br />at 11 Maushon Road (Map 123, Block 84) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, Michael Makunas and William <br />Hanrahan. <br />• Plans were presented by Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan. <br />Board of Appeals stated that they did not need to be here <br />for the approval. <br />Mr. Sullivan requested to withdraw the plan without prejudice <br />William Hanrahan made a motion to accept the withdrawal. <br />Michael Makunas seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />David McMenamy - (Owner of record: Louis and E. Lorraine <br />McMenamy ) - Requests a Special Permit under Section 5.1 of the <br />Zoning By-laws for permission to rebuild and expand a non- <br />conforming structure in an R-3 zoning district on property located <br />at 129 Shore Drive (Map 117, Block 91) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Michael Makunas, Cheryl Hawver and <br />William Hanrahan. <br />Represented by Joseph Harvey.Mr..H. explained that what they are <br />proposing to do with this plan is simply taking the wood frame <br />structure which is on a concrete block, demolish it and rebuild <br />a new house on a concrete foundation, holding the exact same foot <br />• print as the house currently does. The grading on the lot will not <br />be changed . <br />
