• MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS <br />Minutes <br />December 13, 1989 <br />The Mashpee Board of appeals held a meeting on Wennesday, <br />December 13, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mashpee Town Hall. <br />Board members present and acting throughout were William <br />Hanrahan, Richard Halpern, John Friel and Edward Govoni. <br />Douglas Boyd, Building Inspector, was in attendance. <br />Suzanne Nash - (Owner of record: Susan Dringer Nash) - <br />Reguests a Special Permit under Section 5.1 of the Zoning by-laws <br />for permission to expand a non -conforming structure with a build- <br />ing addition and deck in an R-5 zoning district on property <br />located at 57 Timberland Drive (Map 29, Block 33C) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: William Hanrahan, Richard Halpern, Edward <br />Govoni <br />Mr. George Thorng of Arrow Engineering represented Mr. and <br />Mrs. Nash. Mr. Thorng explained that this was before the Board <br />of Appeals on October 25, 1989 for a variance approval. <br />• The variance was approved and they are here to get a Special <br />Permit for the non -conforming structure. <br />Mr. Hanrahan asked if there were any comments form abutters <br />or any correspondence. There were no negative comments. <br />Mr. Halpern made a motion to grant the Special Permit under <br />Section 5.1 as requested. <br />Edward Govoni seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />Paul R. Botello - (Owner of record: Paul R. Botello, TR, <br />Lumberman Trust) - Requests a Special Permit under Section <br />6.3.E.1, 6.3.E.3 and 6.3.E.8 of the Land Use Regulations for <br />permission to build a retail center in C-2 zoning district on <br />property located at 6 Bot..doin Road (Map 54, Block 48) and 14 <br />Bowdoin Road (Map 54, Block 51) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: William Hanrahan, Ed:•rard Govoni, John Friel <br />Represented by Mr. Paul Botello. For the record these plans <br />have been approved by Design Review. <br />
