Halpern <br />Members reviewed the suggestions from Town Counsel to add a <br />reference to an amendment in the Special Permit to change <br />section 5. on page 3 to read as follows: <br />All conditions of the Modification of Special Permit filed <br />January 29, 1985 remain in effect subject to the Modifications <br />filed January 28, 1988, March 10, 1988 as amended April 14, 1988 <br />to correct a typographical error, September 21, 1988 and <br />October 14, 1988. <br />Town Hall - Storage requirements for the Board of Appeals <br />• The Board reviewed file storage needs and determined that <br />4 vertical four -drawer files are needed at present with an <br />increase to 8 over ten years.
