He explained that <br />the side set back at the garage is 6" short that the pool is 14" too <br />close to the street. The street had never been built but exists on <br />Town maps. The house was built. -in 1982 and the error had recently been <br />discovered during a mortgage application. <br />There were no comments from abutters. <br />Mr. Hanrahan asked how the error had occurred and Mr. McCarthy said <br />it was an engineering error. Both the pool and garage had building permits. <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to grant the Variance as requested referencing <br />Plan of All Cape Survey Consultant dated 5/23/88 and signed by the <br />engineer. <br />Mr. Makunas seconded. All agreed. <br />Egerton Development Corp. - (Owner of record: R. H. Acquiring Corp.) <br />Requests a Special Permit under Section 6.3.H.6 of the Zoning By-laws <br />for permission to construct a central antenna in an R-5 zoning district <br />on property located at Stratford Pond, 28 Main St. (Map 47, Block 29) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />• Members sitting: M. Makunas, W. Hanrahan, R. Halpern. <br />There was no representation for the application. <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to deny without prejudice due to lack of <br />representation. Mr. Halpern seconded. All agreed. <br />Stanley Siskind - (Owner of record: Stanley D. and Sybil Siskind) <br />Requests a Variance under Section 7.4 of the Land Space Requirements <br />for permission to vary the lot coverage in an R-3 zoning district on <br />property located at 19 Driftwood Circle (Map 125, Block 200) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: M. Makunas, W. Hanrahan, J. Friel <br />Mark Marinaccio, Architect, represented the application. He asked <br />for a modification of the application to change the size of the addition <br />from 15' x 15' to 15' x 20'. There were no objections. <br />Mr. Marinaccio explained that the lot was a non -conforming lot and <br />that the lot coverage now requested would be 21.9%. The set backs comply <br />with the zoning. Mr. Hanrahan determined that the buildings could not <br />be reduced. There were no comments from abutters. <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to grant the Variance as requested. Mr. Friel <br />seconded. All agreed. Mr. Makunas requested Mr. Marinaccio to prepare <br />• a new plan with actual dimensions of the addition. <br />
