Discussion on Bonwood Company(Ron Bonvie) Mr. Tavaras explained that he suggested Mr. Bonvie come in and discuss this with the Board of appeals because he has not been able to landscape propery due to weather conditions. This is a plan where the units are landscaped. The driveaays are in and the black top is down. It is paved, sidewalks and mail boxes are in. Due to weather conditions the landscaping is on hold. Mr. Tavaras stated thatthey will follow through in the Spring time. • He felt as though the Board should be informed because of the extent of the project and the possible criticism for every- thing that goes on. Mr. Hanrahan stated that they appreciate the fact that they are being kept informed and they understand that this is a reasonable request the fact that the board is aware of the situation and the building department is aware of the situation.
