Board of Appeals Minutes—December 13, 1989 <br />Page 3. <br />. The high water mark is short within 51. In October the <br />plans were submitted to the other Boards. There were no comments <br />from the other boards or from abutters. <br />Mr. Manrahan asked if any one found any derogation <br />from the intent of the zoning by-lawicrdisruption of the <br />Marine environment. There were no comments. <br />Edward Govoni made a motion to grant the Special Permit under <br />Section 6.3.I.9. <br />William Hanrahan seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />Discussion on Bonwood Company(Ron Bonvie) <br />Mr. Tavaras explained that he suggested Mr. Bonvie come in and <br />discuss this with the Board of appeals because he has not been <br />able to landscape propery due to weather conditions. <br />This is a plan where the units are landscaped. The driveaays <br />are in and the black top is down. It is paved, sidewalks and <br />mail boxes are in. <br />Due to weather conditions the landscaping is on hold. Mr. Tavaras <br />stated thatthey will follow through in the Spring time. <br />• He felt as though the Board should be informed because of the <br />extent of the project and the possible criticism for every- <br />thing that goes on. <br />Mr. Hanrahan stated that they appreciate the fact that they are <br />being kept informed and they understand that this is a reasonable <br />request the fact that the board is aware of the situation and <br />the building department is aware of the situation. <br />Norton Pieree - (Owner of record: Alice D. and Norton T. Pierce) <br />Requests a Special Permit under Section 5.1 of the Zoning By- <br />laws for permission to expand a non -conforming structure with build- <br />ing additions in an R-3 Zoning district on property located at <br />54 Captain's Row (Map 96, Block 4) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: William Hanrahan, Edward Govoni, John Friel <br />PEesented by Scott McAskill. He ex plained that Mr. Pierce is <br />adding a bedroom and needs a variance for the front set back on <br />Captains Row. <br />• <br />
