Board of Appeals Minutes -December 13, 1989 Page -.4. <br />Abutter present Mr. Pierce from across the street. <br />Mr. Govoni made a motion that they grant the Special Permit <br />under 5.1 and include a change in the front setback on Captains Row <br />which is 2.1 feet. <br />Discussion- for the Mashpee Veterinary Hospital <br />Presented by Kevin Kirane. Basically they would like to add a <br />kennel to the hospital which would provide for a. management <br />type person would be there 24 hours a day. <br />They will probably be combining 2 lots. Mr. Kirane stated that <br />the board approved a Special Permit in 1975 wiht certain conditions <br />one of which that there would not be animals boarding at the <br />facility. <br />This would go to Design Review. This is still under preliminary <br />planning. Mr. Kirane stated that they would be coming before <br />the board for and approval of an expansion. <br />Submitted by Mary Tully <br />
