Thompson <br />The Planning Board opposes the request for a variance for lot size. The <br />subdivision "proposed" is not before the Planning Board, and has been <br />previously denied, therefore no lot sizes actually exist to be varied <br />other than the single lot for the parcel, which does not require a <br />variance.
