Lopes - Request a Variance under SectiBn <br />• 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the setback <br />requirements in an R-5 zoning district on property located at 156 <br />Hooppole Road (Map 57, Block 24) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members present: C. Hawver, J Friel, R. Halpern,'M. Makunas <br />William Hanrahan stepped down. <br />Represented by Mrs. Lopes. She explained that they are <br />putting in two bedrooms and a sitting room. <br />C. Hawver stated that they have three letters from direct <br />abutters that they have no objections. <br />J. Friel made a motion that they grant the variance as requested. <br />Richard Halpern seconded. All agreed. <br />Donald J. Tucci - (Owner of record: Donald J.�and Joan C. <br />Tucci) - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of! <br />Zoning By-laws for permission to change a non-confoaming structure <br />with the replacement of the foundation on a seasonal home in an <br />R-5 zoning district on property located at 17 Park road (Map 1, <br />block 14) Mashpee, Ma. <br />• Members present. C. Hawver, J. Friel, R. Halpern, W. Hanrahan, <br />M. Makunas <br />Represented by Donald Tucci. He explained that they are <br />making a foundation under an existing house. They are not en- <br />larging it.Eventually they will winterize it. <br />W. Hanrahan moved to grant as requested. M. Makunas seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />Phyllis P. Thompson - (Advisement from February 14, 1990 meeting) <br />R. Halpern moved to approve the Variance to permit 60,000 sf lots. <br />Mr. Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />Minutes - February 28, 1990 <br />J. Friel made a motion to approve. W. Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />Pamela E. Terry - (Advisement from February 28, 1990 meeting) <br />There was discussion of the Petition from Concerned Citizens in <br />opposition to the application. C. Hawver made a motion to deny without <br />prejudice for the following reasons: lot coverage, parking and traffic. <br />W. Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />
