SOUTHPORT <br />• ON CAPE COD <br />June 26, 1990 <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Mashpee Town Office <br />Mashpee, M4 02649 <br />Dear Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals: <br />The following is a list of time frames for the completion of <br />work at Southport: <br />1. Sewer treatment plant - 5 months. <br />The sewer treatment plant could be completed in 60 days but <br />because of the need of at least 50 occupancies to operate <br />the plant, we will not begin work on the plant until the <br />40th occupancy. <br />2. Amenity Center - 5 months. <br />3. outdoor swimming pool - 6 weeks. <br />• 4. Tennis courts - 4 months. <br />Because of the location of the tennis courts in that they <br />are next to the golf course club house where extensive <br />construction will take place, it is our opinion not to have <br />the courts playable until most of the work in that location <br />is substantially- complete. <br />5. Golf course - prior to the 101st occupancy. <br />6. Water system is complete for the first 101 units excluding <br />the laterals to the individuals units which will be install- <br />ed as needed. <br />The following is work that has been completed in the last four <br />months at Southport: <br />1. Shuffleboard courts are approximately 50% complete. <br />2. Nineteen occupancies with another eleven units nearing <br />completion and twenty more following shortly thereafter. <br />3. Improvements on the amenity center, i.e. rough electrical, <br />electrical services, sprinkler system, roof of post office, <br />and entrance built. <br />. 4.
