The facility is handicapped accessible <br />and he is applying for• a beer• and wine license. Ms. Hawver <br />questioned number of employees and Mr. Mitrokostas replied that he <br />is planning 3 per• shift. <br />Mr. Friel asked about other• tenants and was told that there <br />will be a zoom video store and computer store. There is another• <br />possible tenant considering space. <br />Mr•. Boyd questioned plans for outside dining and Mr. <br />Mitrokostas said they would plan for• 12 seats outside. There was <br />discussion on need for• screening of the outside area. Mr•. Boyd <br />explained that if the dining area faced a residential lot it would <br />have .to be screened from sight. Mr•. Friel asked about the well <br />capacity and was told there would be 22,500 gallons per day. They <br />ar•e planning all paper• service. The Water• District pipes will be <br />installed.mid-1991. <br />Mr. Friel moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Makunas <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />There was discussion on the permitting requirements for <br />removing topsoil from the site. <br />• Mr. FrA el moved to grant the Special Permit as requested. <br />Mr•. Makunas seconded. All agreed. <br />Panaviotis 'Zafiropoulos: (Owner• of record: Panayiotis M. <br />and Georgia P. Zafiropoulos) - Requests a Special Permit under <br />Section 174.25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br />reconstruct a dock, ramp and float in an R-3 zoning district on <br />property located at 39 Fiddler Crab Lane (Map 105, Block 104) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: C. Hawver, M. Makunas, W. Hanrahan. <br />John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Surveying represented the <br />applicant. He explained that Mr•. Zafiropoulos had hired a builder <br />to rebuild .his dock and was issued a cease and desist order• from <br />the Conservation Commission. He is now required to build under <br />present standards. Ms. Hawver noted that Conservation had no <br />objections. <br />Mr. Friel discussed the shallow water in the area and Mr. <br />Slavinsky said that the present 8' x 12' float is sitting on the <br />mud and Conservation wants it raised. <br />Paul Somerville, Shellfish Constable, stated that he had <br />examined the site and found no eelgrass or• shellfish. He said <br />there were no objections to the plans from the Shellfish <br />Commission. <br />
