Requests a Special Permit under, Section <br />174-25.F.2 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to operate a used <br />vehicle sales office in a C-2 zoning district on property located <br />at 22 Falmouth Road (Route 28)(Map 55, Block 8) Mashpee, Ma. <br />Members sitting: C. Friel. <br />Mr. Lindsley explained that he required an office in a <br />commercial district before he can be licensed to sell used cars. <br />He said he did not have any parking requirements for used cars. <br />His business is wholesale and he purchases from dealer A and <br />delivers to dealer, B.
