• <br />• <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />Minutes — September 25, 1990 <br />Mr. Jansson said the Board must consider if the Special Permit is <br />a detriment to the neighborhood. Mr. Kirrane responded that the Board <br />must consider that the use is substantially more detrimental than the <br />present use and said what is proposed is not more detrimental. <br />4. <br />There was discussion of the need to widen 28 if the State allowed <br />left turns and Mr. Boyd commented that other permits had been conditioned <br />with required bonds to widen road. Mr. Makunas asked if there was a <br />timetable on the taking of Donna's Lane and Mr. Harrington responded that <br />it was premature for him to comment. Mr. Makunas moved to take the <br />petition under advisement. Ms. Hawver seconded. <br />Ms. Hawver called a recess at 8:45. Meeting readjourned at 9:00 P.M. <br />Board members discussed some of the issues on Donna's Lane, <br />betterments, bonding signalization, construction of road and need for <br />landscaping and septic system to be located on property. <br />Mr. Friel moved to accept the minutes of September 12, 1990. <br />Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />Ms. Hawver moved to adjourn at 9:35 P.M. Mr. Govoni seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />Elinor Walsh <br />
