Seconded by Mr.
Christian. All agreed.
DISCUSSION
P. F. O'Connor Company requested a further six month extension of
their variance. Mr. Makunas explained that if a variance isnot used in two
years that it reverts back to the original and that an extension can be only
granted once. The Board of Appeals already granted one extension and that
they will have to apply again for the variance.
The Board chose not to discuss a memo from Leslie Morse to Town
Counsel.
Minutes of the meetings of October 24, 1990 and November 14, 1990
were unanimously accepted.
Mr. Christian moved to adjourn at 8:30 p.m. Mr. Makunas seconded.
All agreed.
Susan Augusta
