Board of Appeals Minutes - March 22, 1989 Page 4. <br />Fields Point Limited Partnership - Requests a Variance under Section 7.4 <br />of the Land Space Requirements for permission to vary the maximum height and <br />stories of Building 15, Mashpee Commons, on property located in a C-1 <br />zoning district on Route 28, Route 151 and Job's Fishing Road (Map 74, Block 20) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: W. Hanrahan, C. Hawver and M. Makunas <br />Mr. Hanrahan noted for the record that he had sent a letter to the <br />Town Clerk on March 20 stating that his employer has done business with <br />Fields Point Limited Partnership but that he is not involved in this <br />business relationship. He stated that he intended to chair the hearing <br />unless there were any objections. No objections were raised. <br />Douglas Storrs of Fields Point Limited Partnership stated that their <br />banking is with Bank of New England - Old Colony and not with Bank of <br />New England South and he has no business relationship with Mr. Hanrahan. <br />Mr. Storrs introduced Randall Imai, Architect, and John Rentz of <br />Fields Point. <br />He stated that Fields Point would like to withdraw the petition for <br />a Variance for Building 15 without prejudice since neither Fields Point <br />nor Design Review are comfortable with the design. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to accept the withdrawal without prejudice. <br />• Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />Fields Point Limited Partnership - Requests a Special Permit under <br />Section 6.3 of the Land Use Requirements and the conditions of Special <br />Permit SP -86-04-024 for the following: approval of Building 15, <br />Mashpee Commons, representing Phase 5 of the Special Permit; approval <br />of Building 11B, Mashpee Commons, representing Phase 3 of the Special Permit, <br />a change in the usage designation for Building 10 and a revision of the <br />completion schedule on property located in a C-1 Zoning District on <br />Route 28, Route 151 and Job's Fishing Road (Map 74, Block 20) Mashpee, MA. <br />Fields Point Limited Partnership - Requests a Variance under Section 7.4 <br />of the Land Space Requirements for permission to vary the maximum height and <br />stories of Building 11B, Mashpee Commons, on property located in a C-1 Zoning <br />District on Route 28, Route 151 and Job's Fishing Road (Map 74, Block 20) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: W. Makunas <br />Mr. Storrs reviewed the conditions of the original Special Permit which <br />required Fields Point to come before the Board for the approval of each <br />new.building. He stated that approval of Building 15 has been eliminated <br />from this petition until new designs are prepared. <br />Building 11B will be opposite the Sentry Bank Building and will be <br />49,565 square feet. The first floor will be retail space and a restaurant. <br />. Second floor will be offices and continuation of restaurant. Third floor <br />will be residential. <br />
