• <br />n <br />U <br />April 26, 1989 <br />Motion was not seconded. <br />-2- <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />William Hanrahan made.a motion.that the variance as presented <br />be granted with regard to the setbacks stipulated and permission <br />to build within the A.C.E.C. subject.to all applicable state <br />and local conservation considerations to be determined and also <br />that the board specifically is not granting a variance at this <br />time for lot coverage. <br />Cheryl Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />Kevin Kiranne stated that they will be back with the plans revised. <br />The hearing is still open. <br />This is continued to 5/10/89. <br />Ronald J. Costa- - Requests a Special Permit under Section <br />6.3. A.8 of the Land Use Regulations for permission to construct <br />an in-law apartment in an R-5 Zoning District on property located <br />at 21 Huron Ave. (Map 65, block 23) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: W. Hanrahan, Richard Halpern and C. Hawver. <br />Mr. Costa presented the plans. He stated that the garage <br />sets to the right of the house. <br />William Hanrahan made a motion to grant as is. <br />Cheryl Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />James Yancey - Requests a special Permit under Section 5.1 <br />of the Zoning By -Laws for permission to expand a non -conforming <br />structure in an R-3 Zoning District on property located in an <br />R-3 Zoning District at 316 Great Neck Road North (Map 52, Block <br />14) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: E. Govoni, C. Hawver and W. Hanrahan. <br />Presented by Mr. Yancey. It is an existing house and they <br />would like to make it a year round residence. They want <br />to make it 28' by 28' and add a second floor. A letter was <br />presented stated that 5 abutters did not have an objection to' <br />the sidelines on variance. Mr. Haskill had no objections. <br />William Hanrahan made a motion to grant the Special Permit. <br />Cheryl Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />Karen Carroll - Requests a Variance under Section 11.5 of the <br />Zoning by-laws for permission to vary the restrictions of the Flood <br />• Plain Zone Provisions in an R-3 Zoning district on property <br />located at 21 Squaws Lane (Map 117, Block 76) Mashpee, Ma. <br />Members sitting: W. Hanrahan, C. Hawver and E. Govini <br />
