Board of Appeals Minutes -August 27, 1997 3. <br /> Mr. Govoni stated that all members had visited the site and he considered that the hardship <br /> in the use of the land was self-imposed. Mr. Govoni moved to deny the application <br /> without prejudice. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Minutes -Mr. Regan moved to accept Minutes of July 23, 1997. Mr. Govoni seconded. <br /> Ms. Hawver made the vote unanimous. <br /> Steven Kyros -Mr. Hauck explained that he has cited Mr. Kyros for incomplete <br /> landscaping, changing of sign location and failure to post a bond. He suggested that the <br /> landscape designer review the site and appear before the Board at the next meeting. Mr. <br /> Kyros said there were changes made after the landscape plan was approved. Mr. Hauck <br /> said he also has to apply for a Special Permit for the convenience store. There was <br /> discussion that Mr. Kyros will have to present a$5,000 check to the Board of Appeals <br /> office to be placed in a CD by the Town Treasurer. Mr. Govoni said that Mr. Kyros <br /> should appear at the September 10 meeting. <br /> Meeting Schedule -Mr. Govoni said the Board would schedule an informational meeting <br /> with Town Counsel to review questions from Board members.
