Town of Mashpee <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Minutes <br /> Wednesday, September 3, 1997 - 4:00 P.M. <br /> The Board of Appeals held a Special Meeting on Wednesday, September 3 at 4 P.M, in <br /> Conference Room 3 of the Mashpee Town Hall. Board members present were Edward <br /> M. Govoni, Chairman; James E. Regan I11, Vice Chairman and Associate Member <br /> Michael A. Makunas. Joyce Mason, Assistant Executive Secretry, was also present. <br /> Mr. Govoni explained that the purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the responses to the <br /> Request for Proposals for Dunkin' Donuts. Mrs. Mason informed the Board of the <br /> procedures to be followed in evaluating the responses. The Board received responses <br /> from Tibbetts Engineer,McDonough& Scully and Sam Park Associates. The Board <br /> determined that only the Tibbetts proposal met all of the specified proposal criteria. The <br /> other proposals were incomplete. <br /> The Board agreed to notify Robert L.
