Board of Appeals Minutes- September 10, 1997 2. <br /> Bill Weller of Weller Assoc. Engineers and Tom Griffin of Cappizzi represented the <br /> applicant . He presented plans for an open farmer's porch on the front of the house. <br /> There was discussion of the zoning of the area when the subdivision was approved and <br /> Mr. Hauck stated the required front setback was 30'. Raymond Souza, an abutter, spoke <br /> in favor of the Variance. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to grant a Variance of 3 '/z feet to allow a setback of 26.58 feet and <br /> to condition the Variance that the porch be open. Mr. Dorgan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Dunkin' Donuts-Mr. Govoni stated that this hearing will be continued to September 24, <br /> 1997. He explained that the proposals for the traffic study had been reviewed on <br /> September 3. <br /> Discussion- Stephen Kyros -Honeydew Donuts -Mr. Kyros apologized for his confusion <br /> on meeting dates with the Board. He said he is working with another landscaper on a <br /> revised plan.. Mr. Govoni explained that the Board had asked Mr. Hauck to review the <br /> Honeydew Donuts permits and site conditions and report to the Board. <br /> Mr. Govoni told Mr. Kyros that he would be expected for discussion at the September 24 <br /> meeting to review the landscaping. The Board was informed that the $5,000 bond has <br /> been posted with the Town Treasurer on September 10. <br /> Minutes -Mr. Govoni moved to accept the Minutes of August 27, 1997.
