Board of Appeals Minutes - September 24, 1997 5. <br /> Mr. Makunas said the Planning Board required the variance first. Mr. Nelson noted that <br /> the Variance received by Mr. Mackey was for access to his driveway. <br /> Mr. Dorgan moved to take the petition under advisement. Mr. Guerrera seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br /> Paul G. Martick- requests a Variance from Section 174-32 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> allow the construction of a single family dwelling on an unpaved road on property located <br /> in an R-3 zoning district at 49 Amy Brown Road (Map 109, Block 2) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, M. Makunas, R. Nelson <br /> Mr. Govoni said the Planning Board has to release the road. Mr. Govoni moved to <br /> continue to October 22, 1997. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Dunkin' Donuts <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, M. Makunas <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to continue to October 22, 1997. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Meeting of October 8 1997 <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to cancel. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed <br /> Stephen Kyros - Mr. Kyros presented a plan of what plants were on the site and moved <br /> some plants on the site. John Carroll who did some of the landscape work said the <br /> original landscape plan had different sign locations and design. Mr. Kyros said the Mass. <br /> Highway Dept. will be widening the road in November. Mr. Govoni referred to the <br /> original plan and the large size of the trees and shrubs and said the new plan had much <br /> smaller trees and shrubs. Mr. Kyros said the utility companies requested trees no higher <br /> than 8 feet. Mr. Govoni asked for smaller trees in the front. There was discussion that the <br /> gravel looked like a construction site and Board members suggested that mulch be used. <br /> Meeting adjourned. <br /> Elinor <br /> s/d/Ce�� <br />
